These terms and conditions apply to trade customers only.

Throughout these terms and conditions, the terms “customer” and “trade customer” refer to trade customers. A trade customer is any customer who holds a trade account with us and/or purchases products from our trade website (www.huntsenglandtrade.co.uk).
All trade orders must be placed on our trade website.
Full payment will be required before an order will be dispatched.
By making payment for your order, this confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for our trade website as well as that your order details (including but not limited to the billing address, delivery address, products, and their respective prices) are correct and enters you into a legally binding contract for the goods as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Our minimum order is £100 + VAT.
Delivery to the UK only.
Carriage to the UK Mainland is free. For orders delivered to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Highlands a carriage charge of £20 + VAT may be applied to your order.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices shown on our trade website, catalogues, correspondence (e.g. trade emails, trade letters) and any other communication with trade customers exclude VAT (Value Added Tax) at the current rate. Please note that during the final stages of checkout, VAT will be added to your order.
All prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds).
We reserve the right to change or amend prices at any time without prior notice.
Promotional prices apply only during the period stated for the promotion. We reserve the right to stop a promotion (including offers, discount codes or anything else of this nature) at any time without providing a reason.
Title to the goods shall remain the property of Hunts England LTD and will not be passed to the customer until full payment for the order has cleared and the products have been delivered to the customer’s premises, property or otherwise as specified on the delivery address. Once the goods have been delivered to the customer’s premises, property or otherwise as specified on the delivery address the goods will then be at the risk of the customer.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer using a courier/s of our choice. We reserve the right to deliver an order in more than one shipment and if necessary using more than one courier. We will only deliver an order to a single delivery address; we do not offer split delivery to multiple addresses for an individual order.
You must be present to accept delivery of the goods which are typically made during working hours Monday to Friday. Please note that if you instruct the carrier to leave your order at your delivery address when you are not present, we will not accept responsibility for any damages or loss once the order has been delivered.
We do not allow customers to make their own arrangements to collect goods from our premises or to use their own courier or preferred courier.
For reasons beyond our control, the delivery courier may sometimes be late in delivering your order. We cannot be held responsible for this, although we will try our very best to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Time will not be considered to be of the essence unless we have explicitly agreed with you in writing (e.g. by email or letter).
Please note that if we have not managed to deliver your order to the delivery address after two delivery attempts due to you not being present to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge you a re-delivery fee of £25 + VAT.
Upon accepting delivery, please check the shipment over for any visible damages to the outside of the packages. If any of them are damaged, please inform the delivery driver and notify us of it by email to trade@huntsengland.co.uk.
We do not operate a sale or return policy or any other arrangements of any kind with customers.
We do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
Any item that is incorrectly supplied to you must be notified to us by email to trade@huntsengland.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the good/s and then returned to us within 10 working days (we will pay for the return postage using a carrier of our choice).
Damages, unmarked shortfalls or faulty goods should be notified to us by email to trade@huntsengland.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the goods to the delivery address in order for a credit to be issued otherwise the claim/s will not be accepted. If an item is missing, faulty or deemed to be damaged, we will issue a replacement or credit for the item/s in question.
The customer shall only sell the goods purchased from us in their own brick-and-mortar store or through their own website.
Customers are not permitted to sell our products through third parties, auction sites, reselling sites, or marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Notonthehighstreet.com. If we reasonably believe a customer is not complying with these selling restrictions or any other terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to close the customer’s Trade Account and reject any future orders from them.
We may, at our sole discretion, grant specific trade customers explicit permission to sell our products on the aforementioned platforms. This permission will be granted in writing and is limited to those specific customers only. This does not imply that other customers will be allowed to sell on these platforms, and no rights or permissions will be inferred for other customers.
Customers must market our products in a way that, in our opinion, upholds the reputable public image and positive reputation of our brand. This includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements:
- Displaying products to a high standard
- Ensuring all marketing materials are positive and align with our brand values
- Using our logo only to advertise products that have been purchased directly from us
We reserve the right to refuse supply to any customer or potential customer who, in our judgment, may harm our brand’s reputation.
You should not knowingly sell any products that we supply to you to a reseller.
We will not issue exclusivity to any customer at any time. Should a conflict of interest occur between a current customer and a new customer, we reserve the right to act in the best interest of the brand.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without providing a reason.
We reserve the right to close a customer’s trade account (or to stop supplying our products to a trade customer) at any point without providing a reason.
If your order or part of your order is lost in transit, please notify us by email to trade@huntsengland.co.uk. We will promptly investigate and if we cannot deliver the original goods sent, we will provide a refund or replacement for the missing items.
Our whole Hunts England product range is not available for trade customers. We reserve the right as to what we sell to each trade customer. We reserve the right to sell only certain products to certain customers.
For items that are in stock, we aim to dispatch them within 10 working days of receiving payment for the order. For items that are not in stock, these will be dispatched as soon as they are available (if we cannot dispatch them within 20 working days of payment we will issue a credit for the item/s not supplied).
A customer may choose to use product images from our website (www.huntsenglandtrade.co.uk) for the purpose of selling our products and for marketing them. The images may however not be used for any other purpose or used on any third-party website without our prior permission.
We do not guarantee that we have a product image available for every product that we sell or that a product image will always be available on our website. Obtaining a product image is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any images that you have used should that be necessary. We reserve full rights, copyright, and ownership over any images that you use.
Any accessories or decorations shown in product images will not be included unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please also note that although product images may show products assembled, they may arrive to you requiring assembly by you. Please ensure that you read the product description and specification list of each product you purchase.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service or our products that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions or actual products (such as a misspelling on a product), pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
It is necessary to be an approved trade customer to place an order to or to view our prices.
Due to printing tolerances the products may vary slightly in colours.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer, mobile or device's display of any colour will be accurate.
No changes to the order can be made once payment has been made (unless agreed otherwise and a charge may be applied for this).
The product information is supplied in good faith and any inaccuracies will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note all product measurements are approximate. Due to cutting tolerances the size of a product may vary from time to time and may be slightly different to that of the quoted measurement which is only an approximation.
Our maximum liability to you in any event of a problem with your order is limited to the purchase price of the affected item/s within the order (and any delivery charges applied to the order).
We reserve the right to not supply any items that have been incorrectly priced, have inaccuracies in their product information or there is a problem with the product. You will be refunded the cost of any affected item/s purchased.
Any not-for-resale items lent or given free of charge to a trade customer (including but not limited to ancillary equipment such as spinner stands, header cards, product display units and promotional material, etc.) must be fully insured by the trade customer for public liability and replacement cost. These items must only be used for the purpose of selling and promoting Hunts England products supplied directly from us. The trade customer at their own expense must also ensure that these items are maintained and remain safe at all times. If you no longer require these items, please contact us so that we can advise you of whether to return these to us or dispose of them which in either case will be at the expense of the trade customer.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Unless stated otherwise, sizes quoted on the website are the sizes of the main product such as the greetings card or the gift wrap. It is not the size of secondary items that come with the product such as envelopes or gift tags, etc.

Unless stated otherwise, individual RRP refers to the RRP (recommended retail price) for an individual product within the trade pack.
All products for resale unless otherwise stated are sold in packs of multiple items.
The individual unit price shown on a product page is supplied in good faith and is based on the pack price divided by the number of units in a pack.
All products that we supply to you comply with UK legislation. We cannot make any warranties or statements as to whether our products comply with legislation in countries outside of the UK.
We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions at any time without giving notice.
